This ensemble is comprised of a soft bra and a petticoat.
The soft bra is made of navy blue galloon lace, black stretch sheer illusion, and black 1/2" stretch micro satin ribbon.
The petticoat is made of two very different weights of tulle. The under-layer is very stiff, while the
over-layer is soft and airy.
The petticoat has a 2 1/2" horsehair around the hem to give it more structure. It also has a high-low hem for design detail.
The waistband is also a stretch trim with sequence accents.
There is a CB closure on both the garments.
